
Certainly a hard time to stay motivated but yes it is an amazing time to turn yourself into someone you always actually wanted to be in your own space.
I always wanted to finish what i start, but because of our work lifestyle, it was certainly a little difficult to put up with your rules and areas to work on.
I am truly loving who i am becoming staying home during lockdown knowing all of us are actually on the same page..😉
So here are few of those by which i do spend my time to make my each day feel perfect before i sleep.
First of all, i don’t let my phone take all my space, so I don’t use(actively) any apps like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok so I don’t have them on my phone.
No it is nothing bad about it, it’s just that i know all these apps consume alot of my time and right now thats not how i want to spend so, I started reading those books which i stopped in between (my one of “finish what you start” concept). I always wanted to surprise my family by cooking some great cuisines like Pizza, pasta, egg puffs, salads and also baking cake, ice creams..few more and it is an immense pleasure to do such great service at home for our people.
I do workouts without fail and everyday at the same time😊
And one of my favourite thing to spend time is giving all my time mostly to God and making notes of the word i read., it feels so beautiful than i could describe in my words:)
Experiencing peace and joy from within. Celebrating life as i always do.
I want to encourage all my colleagues out there to really appreciate this time and take it as a gift to really become the best version of yourself.well, You particularly don’t have to have a habit list, if you just don’t want to do anything apart from simply chilling out and stay happy, certainly do so but make sure you are practicing to be happy just not from outside but most importantly from inside:) and if anything is coming in between you and your happiness, identify, write it down and surely have a closure 😊 trust me this lockdown is all worth it if you just work on yourself now.
Also I prepared a checklist to do in a day so that i will take time out to do everything i love every single day and i do debrief myself at the end of the day on how i can do better and find more joy in doing so.
I know we all do have reasons to spend all our day being disturbed but talk to yourself(you are your best coach) and ask how long it is going to take your attention and peace from living your best😊
